As well there is the rather surprising fact that the foods that have the most fiber
in them are the most commonly known; the problem then is that most people today
live off fast food and other unhealthy foods, which is why the majority of the general
population is so lacking in fiber in their regular diet.

which of these foods you would like to include in your diet, and then go out and
purchase all of these different foods, and make sure that you try to include them
as often as you can on a regular basis.
